Advise

Start here
Pipeline health check. Everything AI in the building: what it costs, what it keeps, and where the humans currently sit.
Model benchmarking. Candidate models run against your codebase and your tasks, not a benchmark suite.
Spend review. Where the money goes, and what comes off without losing anything.
Review coverage. What happened to review and time-to-merge as the output went up, from your own history.
